Though the Porsche 911 Turbo S packs serious performance from the factory, over 500 horsepower delivered through the PDK transmission to all four wheels, there is even more available if desired. This 2011 911 (997) Turbo S came in for performance upgrades and tune and the results were very impressive, “a great bang-for-the-buck” per the owner.

Performance modifications included Tubi Exhaust, Champion Intercoolers, Diverter Valves, IPD Plenum, BMC air filters and a tune on 93octane gas. The result is a 600whp (est) all wheel drive machine. The factory Porsche launch control does a great job of bringing everything together and pinning you against the seat when it applies the clutch at 5500rpm.

After the performance upgrades were complete we met the owner at the track, where the 911 Turbo S went mid 10 seconds hot-lapped through the 1/4 mile at just over 130mph. This is undoubtedly one of the ultimate daily drivers! Youtube video below.
